These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Renue app and the renue.pro website (together, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using Renue, you agree to these Terms.
1. Using the Service
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use Renue. You're responsible for the accuracy of the subscription information you enter and for keeping your device and any account credentials secure.
2. What Renue does — and doesn't — do
Renue helps you track, organize, and get reminders about subscriptions you already have. Where Renue shows cancellation steps or links, these are provided for convenience only — Renue does not cancel subscriptions, contact merchants, or move money on your behalf. You remain responsible for managing your subscriptions with the relevant service providers.
3. Accounts and cloud sync
Creating an account is optional and only required for cloud sync. You're responsible for activity under your account and should notify us at hello@renue.pro if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Renue Pro, billing, and trials
Renue Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly at the price shown at checkout. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial; if you don't cancel before the trial ends, billing begins automatically. You can cancel anytime through your app store account settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to reverse engineer the app, interfere with its normal operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual property
Renue, its logo, and its app content are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding beyond what's needed to use the Service normally.
7. Disclaimers
Renue is provided "as is." We work hard to keep pricing, renewal dates, and insights accurate, but the Service is a tracking and organizing tool, not financial advice, and we can't guarantee that every detected charge or reminder will be complete or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Renue and its team aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed renewals or reminders.
9. Changes to the Service or these Terms
We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes, we'll let you know in the app.
10. Termination
You can stop using Renue and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operation of the Service, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
