Do I need to link my bank account?
No. Renue does not require any bank linking. You manually enter your subscriptions or optionally upload a bank statement for automatic detection. Your banking credentials are never requested.
Is my data safe?
Absolutely. All your data is stored locally on your device. If you choose to enable cloud sync, your data is encrypted and protected by Appwrite's enterprise-grade security. We never sell or share your data.
Can I use Renue on multiple devices?
Yes, with a Pro subscription. Cloud sync keeps your subscriptions in sync across your Android phone, iPhone (coming soon), and Mac. Changes on one device appear on all others.
What happens if I'm offline?
Renue works fully offline. You can add, edit, and view subscriptions anytime. When you're back online, any changes sync automatically if you have cloud sync enabled.
When is Renue coming to iOS?
We're actively working on the iOS version and expect to launch on the App Store soon. Join the waitlist by downloading on Android — we'll notify all users when iOS is ready.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Yes. New users get a 7-day free trial of all Pro features. You can cancel anytime during the trial and you won't be charged.
